Vintage 14k Yellow Gold Diamond and Sapphire Buckle Ring Size 7

This is a beautiful 14k yellow gold, diamond and sapphire ring that looks like a buckle. There is one .05 ct old mine cut diamond that is SI2-I1 with a J color. There are 2 .05 ct natural blue sapphires.  The ring weighs 3.45g and is a size 7. This ring is not marked 14k, but it did test at 14k.  It is hallmarked with a W.
