Vintage 10k Yellow Gold Amethyst and Diamond Ring Size 6

This is a vintage 10k yellow gold, amethyst and diamond ring. There are markings on the inner band, but they are sightly worn off, so we did test it, and it tests at 10k. There are 5 oval amethysts that are 3x5 mm each. The diamond is a single cut diamond that is 2mm.  It weighs 3.3g and is a size 6. The ring looks like a grape cluster.
