Vintage Erphila Art Deco Czechoslovakia Cream and Turquoise Jack in the Pulpit Vase 10"

This is a vintage Erphilia art deco Jack in the Pulpit case. It is a cream and turquoise color. It measures approximately 10" x 6".  It is marked on the bottom Est 1886 Erphila Czechoslovakia 4051. There is some crazing on this piece. Please see photos.
